Our Impact
Goal #1: Amplify Voices
We host virtual Courage Chats 1X per month with an Avg. of 150 views to share stories in a connective way, normalize barriers for girls, and share ways to navigate and overcome obstacles.

Goal #2: Knowledge Sharing
We partner with parents, schools, and coaches to educate them and raise awareness about confidence challenges and the barriers that girls face in sports participation. We provide free tools and resources to give everyone that supports girls the resources they need to help girls navigate challenges.
In 2022, we've been able to:

Pilot a Confidence and Empowerment workshop to teach program managers, educators, and other stakeholders about confidence building

Help 25 women athletes learn about confidence building outside of sport

Goal #3: Lead change through Innovation
We bring girls' voices to the table to co-create solutions together that break barriers and create real change. In our Youth Innovation Council, girls learn high demand skills such as collaborative teamwork, leadership, and empathy while also creating real world solutions.
In 2022, we've been able to:

Launch the Youth Innovation Council with an initial cohort of 5 girls

Teach girls about social entrepreneurship and design thinking to grow their skillset
